Get ready because this edition of Weekly Catch has lots of model news, from happy news to we could learn a lesson from this news to oh no we hope that’s not true speculation/news.
For the men, we have a couple of updates from Porsche and Mercedes-Benz that will make you happy you tune into MD’s Weekly Catch – we know it’s not the lingerie-clad Bar Refaeli, of course not.
Here’s your Weekly Catch for 19 December…
The Israelian model and her mother were arrested and later released on bail for allegedly evading taxes. Bar is said to also have been suspected of receiving freebies that range from accommodations in luxury apartments to use of luxury vehicles and discounts that should have been reported as income, according to the AFP.
Both mother and daughter’s home was raided on Wednesday and Thursday in Tel Aviv and are not allowed to leave Israel without permission for 180 days, noted the AFP.

The Victoria’s Secret models were spotted in Charlie’s Angels/Bond mode while on location in St. Barths for the lingerie brand.
Natalia Vodianova and Karlie Kloss
The model duo will be hosting a charity fundraiser, the Fabulous Fund Fair, which is held during London Fashion Week and works to raise money for Natalia’s children’s charity, the Naked Heart Foundation.
Natalia will run a wheel of fortune and hand out prizes at Old Billingsgate Market while there will also be a model kissing booth, haute couture face paint and a fashion fortuneteller. Stella McCartney‘s brand will be offering vegetarian hot dogs while there will also be a Christian Louboutin-sponsored high-heeled Olympics.
It has been announced that Gigi will become a brand ambassador for Tommy Hilfiger and will design a capsule collection, along with Mr. Hilfiger, in time for the brand’s Fall 2016 fashion show.
Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio
Could this really be true?
Reports are starting to circulate that Adriana and Alessandra may have walked their last Victoria’s Secret catwalk. Why this speculation? Neither have been spotted at the brand’s latest swim shoot in St Barths. Vogue UK
The Australian model has announced she will be posing alongside her son, Zion, for Jean Paul Gaultier‘s collection for Target in Australia, which is slated to be available early next year.
For the British brand’s latest campaign, they have enlisted Bar Refaeli who was shot by Sebastian Faena in the countryside outside of Paris.
For Love & Lemons
The California brand has enlisted model Alyssa Miller for its first swim collection, which was shot by Zoey Grossman. Simply put, if this is the brand’s debut swim collection, we are in store for a lot of great pieces to come.
Dree Hemingway fronts the brand’s 2016 spring lookbook, and we are loving what we see.
The Elder Statesman
The brand has opened their first shop in New York City this past Saturday. Although it’s only a pop up shop, it will be in the city until at least February. Will it be longer? Guess we will need to wait and see!
