As some of you will be in the midst of New Year celebrations when this goes live, we will keep it short and sweet.
Although, we do want to take a moment to thank you all for a wonderful 2016. Without your continued support, we wouldn’t be where we are today. So, for this last day of 2016, we are going to soak the year in, as it has been one epic ride.
Transitioning from that heartfelt message to the weekly catch could be difficult, but here, we are just going to roll with it.

Ok, well, it has been a quiet week, so we are going to focus on The Hamptons – some beach and some sun, not a bad way to end out 2016!
Bridgehampton
A beach house right on the water – set between Mecox Beach and Scott Cameron Beach. And, it’s quaint, coming in at about 1,200sf with two bedrooms and two baths, has a 0.61 acre of land and has 65 feet of oceanfront. Yes, we have your attention.
Now, there are plans for a much larger abode. East Hampton
“WELJ, known as the ‘East End’s holiday station’ for its continuous Christmas music, has been purchased by two 20-year-old college students who hope to become ‘pioneers’ in programming for the area.”
“The new owners of the East Hampton-based station — at 104.7 FM on the dial — are Smithtown residents Matthew Glaser and Andrew Adams…”
