For Net-A-Porter‘s summer issue of The Edit, the brand has tapped Joan Smalls.
“Why not represent the rainbow that we live in? And then women can look at the runway and see themselves,” commented Joan to The Edit.

The brand notes how she also speaks about diversity, modeling and “her fight to the top of the industry.”
The spread was shot in Puerto Rico, which is home for Joan, and features two covers.
The way the ivy pops among all of the neutral – we can’t get enough!
The addition of the colors is a nice contrast to the other cover and very summery. It also feels nature-inspired.
Looks like we may need to head to Puerto Rico for our next Otter Escape.
