Book Picks – Summer 2018 Edition

Spending time summers days reading a book is one of our favorite pastimes – whether at the beach or in a park, anywhere the sun is shining. As summer is officially here, we have rounded out five of book picks for summer. Not only do we have some Md Staff Picks, but we also have some picks from those who have been featured in MalenDyer Magazine.

Cottage by the Sea by Debbie Macomber – Md Staff Pick
Set in the Pacific Northwest, Annie Marlow seeks refuge from tragedy that has followed her. She heads to the area where she took many family vacations in her teens. In this book, you get to follow her journey as she “restores her broken spirit”.

Russell Brand uses his life experiences to help you examine your own life. You may not be an addict, as Brand describes himself as, although, you may be doing certain things in your life that could benefit from some examining.
