Bugatti– who doesn’t love?

Together, it seems like a match-made in heaven.

This watch isn’t a collaboration, though, but a Bugatti-inspired design.

Lauren drew from the love of his own 1938 Bugatti 57SC Atlantic Coupe when designing this timepiece.

To add to the allure of this watch, the Ralph Lauren Automotive Skeleton is hand-made.

Of course it is!

Here are some more details on the piece from Esquire.

“Brought about due to Ralph Lauren’s luxury car obsession, the new model takes inspiration from one of the rarest cars of all time, Lauren’s 1938 Bugatti 57SC Atlantic Coupe. The watch features Amboyna burl wood (a classic material used in high-end instrument panels) encircling the face.”

“The plate and bridges are finished in black, the strap is black leather and the black oxidized hands are coated with a super-luminova finish.”

“Further inspiration comes in the open rear of the watch, which allows the wearer to observe the hand-wound moving parts beneath (the watch has a 45-hour energy reserve), just like lifting up the hood on a classic car.”

Mr. Lauren always finds ways to amaze us, and he has done it again with this timepiece.
