Paul Giggle has released his newest “12 Natural Wonders” wonders series, which marks number seven in his series. This time, the photographer and director takes us to Norway.
“Norway has some of the best locations I have ever experienced,” shared Giggle. “Unfortunately, some were impossible to get too with the crew and timeframe, so I chose a fabulous small town called Stravanger to work from. All the locations I wanted where no more than a couple of hours away. Working in public spaces is always difficult when shooting nudes, especially when a model hasn’t been photographed naked before. The models showed incredible courage and worked well outside their comfort zone.”
Giggle continued, “There were elements of danger with some locations and although Norway had one of its best summers for years, being naked in the sea or wind for long periods proved to be rather chilly. Norway is a true natural wonder of the world and I am super thrilled with the experience and delighted with the final images.”
We are always captivated by Giggle’s imagery. The stories he tells year after year reminds us why we love photography. They are beautiful and powerful images.
