You’re packing for an upcoming trip, and you realize you are missing something.

What could it be?

You can’t quite place your finger on it but know you’ll realize what it is once you get to your destination…

This week’s Otter Shop is about helping you make sure you have all you need to showcase your most stylish self at your destination.

Kicking us off are some neutral accessories.

Why are neutral accessories important?

They are classic. They go with whatever you have in your luggage. They will help take you from day to night.

Next, do you have something packed that allows you to breathe, that could be a cover-up but also worn out and about for any random adventure that comes your way?

Velvet

Otter Style Tip: We would pair the romper with the bralet (or your bikini top would be fun too).

We love color, which can be tricky when it comes to packing.

This is why we are loving these picks from Net-a-Porter.

They are neutral but still add just enough blue for a nice pop of color.

We are loving that towel!

We gave you some slightly sportier daywear/cover-up options, and now it’s time for a range of pieces – just to be sure you have your bases covered.

Barneys

Do you have a maxi dress? It can easily be transitioned from the beach to dinner or to cocktails.

Are you planning or could potentially go hiking, paddle boarding or any other adventure? Be sure you have some swim trunks, which will be the preferred option if you get wet.

Otter Style Tip: Remember, versatile garments are key and mixing and matching is a must. We love the maxi skirt as an option because you can sport it over your swimsuit; later, you can add a button-up shirt that you may have worn on the airplane or in your car en route to your destination.

Above all, plan ahead. You’ll thank yourself later.

Of course, have fun – that’s actually what counts the most.

P.S. Don’t you love that Eberjey romper? We love! It could be dressed up or down so easily.
