Gisele Bündchen took to Twitter to apologize for words she said in a recent interview with Vogue. During that interview, she spoke about the environment, her husband Tom Brady, her modeling career and social media. The latter is what prompted her issuing an apology shortly after the interview went live.
During the interview, Gisele shared with Vogue, “It [social media] is not my generation — I have to be honest about that. I’m older, wiser. If I had to promote myself in the way girls modeling now have to do, forget it. I wouldn’t do it.”

Meanwhile, on the same day, the model shared this caption on Instagram, in regards to her Vogue interview where the focus was centered on the issue’s overall message.
“I am happy to be on the of cover of Vogue talking about our beautiful planet. Thank you Anna Wintour, Tonne Goodman, Inez and Vinoodh and everyone involved in making this special green edition. The fashion industry has the power to lead this movement toward a more sustainable future. Let’s go”
