For this installment of Otter Escape, we are heading to Byron Bay, which is in New South Wales, Australia. As you should know by now, we are fans of Australia, whether it was our interview with First Base Founder, Alison Cotton, or our various Australian model spotlights and model interviews that gave it away.
Guiding us along this Escape is Elle Ferguson of They All Hate Us.

And remember, when traveling, pull out your favorite fashions – why not, you are on holiday!

Now, let’s head to the beach!
“Located just north west of Cape Byron and the lighthouse, Wategos Beach is one of Byron’s best places to picnic, paddle and play.” – NSW National Parks
“You’ll adore the peaceful beauty of this sheltered beach on the northern side of Cape Byron. Protected by the headland from the wilder waters beyond, it’s a fabulous spot to picnic and play. The local bottlenose dolphins use it for recreation as well, showing off their silky surfing skills on the incoming waves.” – NSW National Parks

When in Byron Bay, we have a feeling that you will want time to stand still…

“[With its] mix of surf culture, gypset lifestyle and international travelers, [you can] park your surfboard on the deck and live like a local in Byron Bay. Cafes, markets, boutique stores and beaches are all a short stroll from your room. Wash the salt from your skin in our outdoor shower by the lap pool.”

“The Atlantic Byron Bay is only minutes from Clark’s beach, known for its easy, long waves and Wategos beach, which is popular with long boarders and the perfect picnic spot. Tallows beach and the Pass are also close by, offering more challenging waves in breathtaking natural settings. Head out for a drive to the Hinterland or visit some of the many nearby coastal towns for destination dining and nature walks.” – The Atlantic Byron Bay
